Col.M Rajgopal (retd)

Colonel M Rajgopal (retd) is the Founder of TranscendOrg, an enterprise involved in building organizational capability through people processes. In the past he has closely worked with organizations that included Dubai Health Authorities, Dept of Health, Govt of Kerala, India, Indian School of Development Management, Access Health International, IHH Healthcare India, AMRI and SL G Hospitals, Oasis Fertility Group and PACCS conglomerate. He is a visiting faculty for Administrative Staff College of India, Symbiosis Institute of Life Sciences and other educational institutions.

Col. Rajgopal served in the Indian Army for 27 years in the field of Logistics. Thereafter he was the CHRO for the CARE Group of hospitals for over ten years where he set -up the entire range of HR processes and led transformative HR interventions, such as developing a leadership pipeline, implementing continuous talent building programs as well as leading an impactful organizational wide visioning exercise, across the chain of 14 hospitals.

 

He was the Group COO (Business Head) at the Care Institute of Health Sciences, Hyderabad, a start-up providing innovative medical education and community care. In less than 2 years he set up the state-of-the-art Safercare Simulation Centre to train doctors, nurses and paramedics in a wide range of around 70 multi-specialty clinical courses.

 

Col. Rajgopal has done a Post Graduate HR Course from XLRI, Jamshedpur where he stood fourth in order of merit. He was awarded the HR Practice Leaders Award during the South Asia Regional HR Summit held in Mumbai in 2014.He is also a certified Executive Coach from the international Neuro-Leadership Institute.

Dr.Nair graduated from the Christian Medical College, Vellore, and completed her MD in Medicine and Doctorate in Pulmonary Medicine at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh. She also trained in Leadership and Management for Public Health Managers at the Indian Institute Health Management Research, Jaipur, India, and in Global Health Diplomacy at The Graduate Institute, Geneva, Switzerland.

She worked as a pulmonologist in India and abroad for a number of years, before deciding based on her work with people affected by tuberculosis, to shift her focus to Public Health. She worked at the World Health Organization, as Regional Advisor for Tuberculosis Elimination in the South-East Asia Region, as Head of Office in Bhutan, and as Senior Technical Auditor at WHO Headquarters until her retirement in 2021.Her work at WHO contributed to developing national health policies, strategies and plans; building human resource capacity for public health programmes; establishing public-private partnerships for health; mobilizing resources for least developed countries; and monitoring and reporting outcomes from national TB and health programmes in several countries.

 

Her experiences over a span of over four decades as a clinician and as a public health specialist have given her unique insights into the delivery and uptake of health care services from the grassroots to the specialized level, in various parts of the world, from both the provider and end-user perspective.

Dr.Karthikeyan has exceptional managerial strengths combined with proactive work ethics and commitment to achieve business objectives. He has demonstrated ability to enhance operations across environments within the private and public sector. He is someone who maintains a focus on collaborating with medical teams and health care workers. Dr Karthikeyan has had a lot of success in leading health care organization to achieve operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

His qualifications include M.B.B.S from Kuvempu University, Karnataka ,1998, M.R.C.G.P. Member of Royal College of General Practitioners, London 2009, D.F.S.R.H Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare, London 2007, D.C.H. Diploma in Child Health Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, London, 2007, D.R.C.O.G. Diploma of Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, London, 2007. He has also attended courses like PALS, ALS, NALS, APLS, Cranial Ultrasound, STABLE Course, Neonatal transport course, Minor Surgery course.
